Lessons are conducted online using Zoom video conferencing and Zoom's built-in whiteboard which allows for real-time collaboration. 

Students and/or their parent(s) will have access to a personal portal which includes:   

• Calendar that displays previous and upcoming lessons
• Lesson notes and attendance records
• Online resources including practice assignments, supplementary learning activities, and lesson recordings 
• Secure and simple invoicing   
• Reminders through email or SMS

We gladly work alongside parents and teachers to maintain consistency between learning in and out of the classroom.

To reschedule or cancel a session, kindly contact us by 10:00 AM ET on the scheduled day. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if unexpected issues arise, but late cancellations may incur a fee or be non-refundable.
